Facility Operations Lead

You'll run our sites day to day: the compute, cooling, batteries and power on each one. You'll set how we operate and build the team that does it as we add sites.

What you'll do

• Bring new sites online and keep them running
• Write the runbooks, maintenance schedules and on-call process
• Manage vendors, spares and field service
• Track uptime and own the response when something fails

What we're looking for

• Experience running critical facility operations
• Hands-on with power distribution, batteries or UPS, and cooling
• Comfortable on site and on call
• Liquid cooling or GPU cluster experience is a plus
